At SAS, we're transforming data into intelligence. As a Senior Office Administrator/Receptionist on our Facilities team, you'll provide top-notch administrative and clerical support to drive our mission forward.

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and organized individual to attend our reception, welcome visitors, and perform specialized administrative duties related to facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Assist in performing various administrative tasks, including mail processing, shipping materials, ordering supplies, and arranging equipment repairs.
  2. Customer Service: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  3. Event Planning: Arrange meetings, coordinate processes, events, and office moves to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Fleet Management: Manage employee fleet and negotiate with suppliers to optimize resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in general office administration and face-to-face customer service.
  • Course work related to Administrative Office Technology or Business Administration preferred.
  • Good knowledge of front desk/receptionist procedures.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
