We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Kounsel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives and collaboration with teams to meet strategic goals.
  • Oversee the creation, launch, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, tracking performance and adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Develop compelling content strategies for digital channels, working closely with design and content teams to create engaging materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Shape Kounsel's voice and messaging through compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms and communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create integrated digital marketing strategies that drive growth and optimize conversions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant marketing areas, including social media marketing, email marketing, digital advertisement, SEO/SEM, brand management, and/or product marketing.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology, AI, and the health industry, with a demonstrated global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing groundbreaking creative marketing campaigns and compelling content that set us apart from the competition.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and build effective strategies to meet business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, and project management skills, with the ability to develop and understand strategy.
Salary
