We're looking for an experienced App Support Expert to join our team at Speakit. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients across various areas of finance. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction and promoting continuous service improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing expert customer support through various communication channels
• Answering questions about features, functionality, and account setup
• Resolving technical issues, such as login errors or payment delays
• Guiding users through the account creation or identity verification process
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships by being empathetic and professional
• Escalating unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a high level of Spanish (oral and written) and be fluent in English (C1). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential for resolving customer queries effectively. Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms is also required. Additionally, you'll need to be able to understand customer concerns fully and provide appropriate solutions.
