Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team, responsible for driving impactful influencer partnerships and campaigns that align with our brand vision and values. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer research and outreach, campaign management, performance analysis, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and onboard new nano and micro-influencers who align with Mira's brand and values
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring open communication and smooth collaboration
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with influencers, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive results for both sides
- Coordinate and oversee influencer collaborations from start to finish, ensuring all content is on-brand and aligned with our marketing objectives
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve future influencer collaborations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the latest best practices in influencer marketing, continuously bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the table
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and the latest influencer marketing trends
- Great balance of creativity and organization, with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks, even when things get busy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks effectively
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
