We are looking for a Patient Journey Expert to join our team at Novartis Pharma Schweiz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying pain points in patient journeys and developing solutions to address them.

Responsibilities
  • Pain Points Identification: Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify areas for improvement in patient journeys.
  • Solution Design: Develop solutions that meet customer needs and improve their experience.
  • Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement digital solutions that drive business results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Degree: Economics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience: Marketing, Customer Experience, Lean Consultancy, Digital, and Data.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrable leadership skills and experience engaging with and introducing innovation into HCS.
