We are looking for a dedicated Global Customer Experience Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients worldwide, addressing their queries efficiently, and contributing to continuous service improvements.
You'll receive comprehensive training on cutting-edge technologies and have the opportunity to participate in service improvements that benefit all users.
- Assist clients from diverse backgrounds through various communication channels.
- Offer guidance on our services, including features and account setup.
- Help resolve technical issues related to our app, including login errors or payment delays.
- Support users through the account creation or identity verification process.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by being empathetic and professional.
- Elevate complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams when necessary.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Spanish (oral and written) and English (C1).
- Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills to effectively address customer queries.
- Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms is essential.
- Understand customer concerns thoroughly and provide suitable solutions.
- Prior experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers is preferred but not required.
