The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business growth strategies for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Research new sales opportunities and identify potential leads
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or social media
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries and issues

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2 level sufficient for some clients)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
