We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative or Sales and Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business growth strategies for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Research new sales opportunities and identify potential leads
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or social media
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries and issues
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2 level sufficient for some clients)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
