Cluster Hospitality Services Limited is seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team

We are a renowned hospitality group with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional beverage service to all guests, overseeing the bar area with precision and flair

Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences, ensuring a perfect blend of flavors

Create and maintain ingredients for the beverage menu, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect

Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe and responsible work environment

Conduct daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor, ensuring seamless operations

Maintain a clean work area, including polishing glasses and bar tools, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

Develop innovative cocktail recipes to enhance the menu, pushing the boundaries of mixology and creativity

Support waitstaff with table service when needed, providing exceptional support and teamwork

Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations and building loyalty

Requirements:

Certified or trained in mixology, with a proven track record of success in the industry

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and interact professionally with colleagues and the public

Native or fluent English speaker with C1 level proficiency, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 1,100.00€ - 1,200.00€ per month
