We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at Adidas. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level data structures to enable and guide the development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and communicate high-level data structures to enable and guide the development of integrated solutions.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on the development of, and modifications to, data components to ensure they take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards, and practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs and are compatible with existing and planned components.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data architecture and engineering.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, DevOps, data science MLOps, or machine learning.
- Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, Python, C#, etc.), SQL, and databases.
- 2 years of experience with ETL processes.
- Customer/product-focused DevOps mindset and hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows.
- Experienced in software engineering best practices (design patterns, test-driven development, and clean code).
