Requirements: Previous experience in customer support is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be proactive, and possess excellent communication abilities. Fluency in French, English, and Portuguese is required, while Spanish is a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy and creativity in resolving customer requests. A passion for electric mobility and willingness to work rotating shifts are highly valued.
