At Teleperformance Portugal, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Advocate. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) expand their online presence through digital advertising.

We work with Social Media brands, providing exceptional support to clients across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting SMBs in navigating the digital advertising landscape to maximize their growth potential;
  • Engaging with clients through chat, email, and phone to offer timely and efficient support;
  • Helping SMBs grow and optimize their use of self-serve advertising tools and platforms;
  • Guiding prospective SMB clients through product offerings, highlighting how digital advertising can meet their business needs;
  • Providing continuous assistance to existing clients, ensuring they receive the most value from our services and tools post-purchase;
  • Offering expertise in advertising products and tools to improve the client experience and optimize their advertising strategies;
  • Addressing client concerns, resolving technical problems, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with advertising tools;
  • Sharing knowledge on effective advertising strategies, tools, and techniques to drive client success;
  • Buidling and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster long-term satisfaction and retention;
  • Collaborating with team members and providing feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings;

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum);
  • Empathic and helpful;Team player;Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
  • Able to handle sensitive information;Fast learner capacity;
  • Night shift: 21:00h – 6:00h – Monday to Sunday;
