Minga London is a fast-growing e-commerce brand that's passionate about empowering free-spirited individuals through fashion.

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our e-commerce operations as Head of E-commerce & Digital.

This critical role involves overseeing all aspects of e-commerce, including strategy, CRO, Paid Media, SEO, UX, Customer Service, product, and merchandising.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing e-commerce team to implement effective solutions.
  • Paid Media & Analytics
  • Manage paid media strategies to maximize ROI and drive traffic.
  • Use advanced analytics to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong expertise in paid media platforms and analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of e-commerce technologies.
  • Experience in UX, CRO, SEO, Email Marketing, and Customer Service.
