Accounting Specialist

We are an international reference in the provision of specialized services, commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, involving onshore and offshore wind energy equipment in partnership with the main manufacturers of wind turbines.

**Role and Location**

We are seeking an Accounting Technician to join our Finance team in our Mortágua office. This is a full-time position.

**Main Responsibilities**

• Organize the financial department documentation (e.g., scanning, archiving physical and digital documents, organizing the accounting folder, etc.).
• Dispatch and verify documents.
• Process invoice payments.
• Post accounting information on the accounting software (e.g., purchase orders, payment orders, invoices, receipts, credit notes, etc.).
• Collaborate on wage processing.
• Prepare and deliver the compulsory tax declarations.
• Collaborate in preparing the monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage and control cash movements.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Issue invoices and sales documents.
• Collaborate in the preparation and coordination of audit processes.
• Comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or clients.

**Required Skills**

• Degree or equivalent in accounting/management/economics or equivalent.
• Driving license – category B (mandatory).
• English: Minimum level – B1 (according to CECR classification).
• Good computer skills in MS Office, accounting software (experience with SAGE X3 is a plus) and databases.
