Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Technician to join our Finance team in our Mortágua office. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing financial department documentation, dispatching and verifying documents, processing invoice payments, and posting accounting information on our accounting software.

Main Responsibilities
Organize financial department documentation (scanning, archiving, and organizing the accounting folder)
Dispatch and verify documents
Process invoice payments
Post accounting information on the accounting software
Collaborate on wage processing
Prepare and deliver compulsory tax declarations
Collaborate in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
Manage and control cash movements
Perform bank and credit card reconciliation
Issue invoices and sales documents
Collaborate in audit processes

Requirements
Degree or equivalent in accounting, management, or economics
Driving license (category B)
English: minimum level B1 (CECR classification)
Good computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
