Customer Service Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a representative of Canon, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Track and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Work towards meeting client and internal targets
- Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures and handle frequently asked questions
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal skills in Italian
- Good communication skills in English
