Responsabilidades:

Manter a casa organizada, limpa e arrumada.

Limpar o chão, utilizar corretamente os produtos de limpeza e zelar pela manutenção dos utensílios e materiais de cozinha.

Escolher e separar louças, materiais de cozinha e zelar pelo bom funcionamento da máquina de louça.

Secar e guardar louças, talheres e materiais de cozinha.

Ajudar os colegas da equipa de cozinha segundo as indicações destes.

Preparar os alimentos para o serviço e cozinhar itens do cardápio em cooperação com o resto da brigada de cozinha.

Limpar a área e cuidar das sobras de comida, abastecer o secção adequadamente e cumprir os regulamentos sanitários e as normas de segurança (HACCP).

Manter uma abordagem positiva e profissional com colegas e clientes e ter precisão e rapidez na execução das tarefas atribuídas.
