Job Description:
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital strategies that drive impactful results for our clients. You will work closely with our New Business & Strategy team to develop and implement driven campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring excellence in execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive digital strategies (annual and ad hoc) tailored to client objectives, leveraging insights and industry best practices. Collaborate with the New Business & Strategy team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
2. Campaign Implementation & Optimization: Oversee the execution and management of digital campaigns across various platforms, continuously analyzing performance data to identify trends, solve complex challenges, and implement strategic improvements.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Deliver clear and insightful performance reports to clients, both in written form and through presentations, translating data into actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization. Provide valuable insights to functional teams to enhance overall project outcomes.
4. Client & Project Management: Ensure regular status updates and productive touchpoints with clients, facilitating structured discussions that drive progress. Lead monthly meetings to formally present campaign results, learnings, and next steps.
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices to drive superior performance for both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of five years of experience in the field, including campaign management across multiple platforms and tracking implementation (previous experience in an agency is a plus).
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong expertise in the Search ecosystem, whether it's Google, Bing, or Yandex, as well as various Social Media channels and affiliation/publisher networks.
* Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus).
