Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and update the Finance Departmental Budget, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee all accounting activities related to income auditing, cashiering, accounts payable processing, accounts receivable collection, tax compliance, payroll, and month-end processing.
  • Cost Control: Monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them, establishing an integrated cost management plan through product lining, minimal inventories, joint procurement with sister hotels, and Delivery on Demand where possible and cost-effective.
Qualifications
  • Possess a 4-year Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or equivalent certifications or CA.
  • Experience as a Finance Director or Manager, and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance leadership position.
  • 3+ years of progressive career growth in hotel finance (or a similar industry).
