Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join one of our projects in the banking sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive projects forward in challenging environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between project teams and IT Teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective communication.
- Develop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirements.
- Identify and anticipate technical, security, and operational risks related to IT integrations & flows connectivity.
- Provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate projects, working closely with business and technical teams.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within CIB2S IT with strong focus on compliance, security, and IT governance.
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, APIs, and Data exchange protocols.
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and best practices, including secure infrastructure, identity and access management, and risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to push initiatives through complex approval processes.
