About the Role:We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon office. As a key member of our team, you'll engage with customers, resolve disputes, and provide exceptional support via various channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Delight customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- MEDIATE between buyers and sellers to resolve disputes.
- Work closely with Sales and Experts to improve the overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Professional speaking and writing skills in English and Italian.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.).
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid work model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
- Flexible with working weekends and public holidays.
