As an Employee Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional people services to employees worldwide, working closely with our People Experience Advisor Team Lead and collaborating with stakeholders globally.
Your key responsibilities will include managing employee lifecycle processes, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensuring accurate data administration. You'll also work on projects to improve the People Experience function and contribute to the company's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. If you're passionate about creating an extraordinary experience for our employees and have a customer-centric mindset, we encourage you to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:
