Unlocking Enterprise Growth with Partners
At Unit4 NV, we are revolutionizing the way businesses operate by empowering people in service organizations. As a Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in driving net new sales revenue with our partners across different markets. This is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, sales, communications, and organizational skills.

About the Role

This position is part of our Global Partner organization, where you will be responsible for generating sales quota for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis. You will manage overall relationships for each managed partner with Unit4, developing comprehensive joint go-to-market business plans for each partner.

You will support partners in prospect qualification, development & execution of new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will guide partners on necessary training and enablement to support their growth.

Key responsibilities include owning incremental reseller sales opportunities, creating opportunities in CRM, building quotes, and managing the sales process and weekly forecast for those deals.

You will also work closely with direct sales to identify potential new partners and review suitability with the broader partner team. If selected, you will manage onboarding and upskilling of the partner to become an effective seller of Unit4's software.


Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience working with partners or in a sales position in a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated partner management and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with multiple partners and being comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
