Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our security delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing penetration testing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of an annual pentesting roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing pentests, ensuring timely completion and quality of results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate the pentesting roadmap and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and coordinate pentest realization, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc pentest requests, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Compile and analyze findings from completed pentests, identifying trends and areas for further investigation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively.
  • General knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
