Your primary responsibility will be to lead design and content implementation for specific game sections, reporting to the Game Director.
Responsibilities and Challenges
- Guide designers within one or more teams through hands-on mentorship, focusing on personal growth and skill development.
- Enhance the game world by developing game features and content in line with the creative vision, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
- Coordinate the creation of content and features, encompassing ideation, presentation, refinement, and documentation within designated areas.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in the game industry working in a game design capacity.
- 2+ years of experience leading/managing a team.
- Shipped titles in a professional capacity.
- Working knowledge of survival or MMO games.
- Extensive understanding of design processes, feature design, level design, and content design, as well as experience implementing features and content.
