Job Title: Danish Customer Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Danish Customer Advisor to join our team at Sitel Corp. in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Danish Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Danish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role:

As a customer advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries
  • Offering specialized customer support through written and phone communication
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers, answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meeting and exceeding our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Creating amazing customer experiences that people value and we are proud of
  • Being responsible for following the direction of management and providing feedback

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A native or proficient level of Danish (C2)
  • An advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • A desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
  • Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon)
