About the Role
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of projects across various business groups at Nokia.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the set-up and maintenance of projects within the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the PM/PMO organization to provide actionable financial insights that inform project planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement effective processes for managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify areas for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related financial matters, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, audit, and accounting, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project financial reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices, adapting our processes accordingly to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

- Communicating complex financial concepts and data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements
Key Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, including ERP systems and financial reporting software.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, with high levels of clarity, precision, and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of building strong working relationships across functions and departments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) teams, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Knowledge of IFRS, RRB policy, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
