Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our Development Management Team in Ericeira. As a Junior Accountant & Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, providing administrative support, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

About the Role:
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with accounting knowledge, strong administrative skills, and the ability to assist in managing various office operations. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain financial records, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Financial Support (Junior Level):
    • Maintain financial records, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
    • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and budget reconciliation.
    • Assist in tax and regulatory compliance by organizing financial documents and ensuring timely filings.
    • Maintain payroll records and coordinate with external accountants where necessary.
    • Prepare and submit basic financial statements and reports as required.
  • Administrative Coordination & Office Support:
    • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, including contracts, reports, and administrative documents.
    • Ensure proper document digitization and filing systems are in place.
    • Handle procurement of office supplies and general administrative needs.
    • Supervise the general upkeep and maintenance of the office space.
    • Coordinate with service providers, including internet, utilities, office cleaning, and suppliers.
  • Project Support & Coordination:
    • Act as an Executive Assistant to the Project Director, managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.
    • Liaise with branding and design companies, ensuring brand consistency in documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
    • Provide support in organizing project-related meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
    • Coordinate with public entities such as the Camara and other governmental institutions for acquiring documents, permits, and project updates.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Based in Ericeira.
