Nespresso Dutch and Flemish Language Expert

Hartmann Recruitment is seeking a skilled Dutch and Flemish language specialist to join our client's customer support team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide excellent support to customers while promoting Nespresso products and services.

You will be responsible for assisting Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers with their orders, product inquiries, and general support. You will also answer questions about Nespresso products, orders, and services, find solutions for customer issues, and share product recommendations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client. If you are a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent Dutch or Flemish (spoken & written) and good English skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to multitask and work with digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a 40-hour workweek on rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, 07:00–19:00).
