Job Summary

The Sales Associate III is a key member of the Coach sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a brand ambassador, you will embody the Coach spirit and provide a personalized shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador
  • Model sales behaviors and maintain high energy on the sales floor
  • Consistently achieve sales goals and participate as a team member
  • Champion company initiatives and support management decisions

Requirements

  • Very good English proficiency
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment
  • Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
