About Arrow Global Portugal
Arrow Global Portugal, a leading real estate investment manager, is seeking an In-House Legal Advisor to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice on matters related to financial law and governance, real estate law, and commercial law.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on matters related to financial law and governance, real estate law, and commercial law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare clear and precise legal opinions.
- Monitor legislative developments and implement new rules and regulations applicable to the company's activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external legal teams to ensure the legal compliance of the company's projects or operations.
- Provide legal support to various departments within the company, as requested.
Requirements
- Law degree with a valid registration in the Portuguese Bar Association.
- Minimum of 2 years' post-internship experience as a lawyer in relevant areas, particularly real estate law, commercial law, and financial law (management of collective investment schemes).
- In-depth knowledge of the Portuguese legal system and its respective practice areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent ability to analyse and interpret legislation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- High sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Benefits
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days per week in the office.
