The Booking and Guest Relations Manager is an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations and payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and minimizing cancellations.
  • Proactively contact guests prior to arrival to prepare for their stay and address any questions or concerns.
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process, providing personalized assistance and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain professional and engaging communication with guests even after check-out, offering assistance when needed.
Service Excellence & Upselling:
  • Inform guests about house services, dining options, and local offerings, consistently aiming to upsell additional revenue opportunities.
  • Recommend and organize reservations for restaurants, tours, and local attractions, promoting the local culture and experience.
  • Promote all Silent Living houses and programs, building a strong connection with past, current, and future guests.
  • Actively listen to guest needs and anticipate their desires to deliver a personalized and memorable experience.
Operational Coordination:
  • Act as the central point of communication between guests and staff, ensuring requests and concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify opportunities for strategic improvements and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure the front desk is organized, presentable, and efficient, providing a seamless check-in and check-out process.
