About the Job
We are seeking motivated professionals with experience in Process Management to join our teams in Lisbon. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring operation activity and processes;
- Conducting surveys of activities and procedural flow;
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements;
- Ensuring control and verification of implemented improvements;
- Systematizing information with detailed analysis of constraints;
- Producing reporting related to the activity.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience/know-how in the Telecommunications sector (a plus);
- Consolidated knowledge of the Waterfall methodology (a plus);
- Work experience in process management and/or workflow improvements;
- 2+ years of experience in process management;
- Good level of English (a plus);
- Collaborative and teamwork skills.
