About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Community Strategist to join our Demand Generation team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in growing and fostering our community while amplifying the Usercentrics brand.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with existing online communities, actively contributing to the formulation, development, and coordination of a dedicated Usercentrics community, and seeking new opportunities to expand our reach, promote our message globally, and position Usercentrics as a trusted industry leader.

  • Develop a dedicated Usercentrics community to connect professionals, customers, and thought leaders in the digital marketing and data privacy space.
  • Design strategies to encourage active participation, knowledge sharing, and engagement within the Usercentrics community.
  • Manage community platforms, ensure valuable content is shared, and foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Establish a feedback loop with the Marketing and Product teams to channel community input.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in community management or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community members, influencers, and thought leaders.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.
