This is a unique opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative for a prestigious cruise line, providing top-notch support in German to their customers. As a customer-centric professional, you will be responsible for handling inbound queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

  • Process bookings and sales, assist with ticketing, and provide exceptional customer care throughout the entire journey.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C2 level) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ">
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in contact centers or similar environments.

    ">
  • Digital Literacy: Strong digital literacy and problem-solving skills to effectively navigate technical issues.

    ">
  • EU Passport/Residence Permit: EU member state passport, valid residence permit for Portugal, or certificate of temporary protection for refugees.

Estimated Salary Range: €28,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00h - 18:00h, with occasional availability until 19:00h, and two rotating days off per week.
