Job Overview

The Collections and Cash Management Group is a key component of the Order to Cash team, working closely with Billing, Cash Applications, and Order Management on a regional basis to ensure accurate customer invoices and maintain a cash flow forecast.

As a Collections and Cash Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a Customer Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio, executing company collections and credit policies in accordance with Customer Segmentation.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Meet assigned KPIs, including weekly/monthly cash flow, bad debt reduction, cash application timeliness, disputes resolution, and customer master data setup validation.
  • Utilize specific Collections tools to support activities and propose new functionalities to enhance processes.
  • Collaborate with cash applications for payment allocation against open items.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, adhering to internal guidelines and supporting audit processes.
