As a Nespresso Operations Ambassador, you will be part of this dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Your Key Tasks Will Include:
- Serving customers in inbound and outbound contacts through voice or digital platforms.
- Applying brand tone to every touch point and situation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Developing strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales and retention.
