The Role

\

As the Content Tech Process Optimizer Specialist in our IMS Content Services team, you will have the opportunity to participate in global initiatives by exploring, identifying, mapping, and benchmarking opportunities for productivity and business value within Nestlé's Content Ecosystem.

\

You will be responsible for estimating potential benefits and prioritizing initiatives to maximize resource impact, as well as being involved in the global pipeline of initiatives and driving actions to achieve defined targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Maintaining efficient workflows within Nestlé's Content ecosystem\
  • Promoting and controlling Content Ecosystem initiatives, including automation initiatives by providing meaningful insights collected from operational teams\
  • Contributing to Nestlé's Content Operating Model adoption and best practices evolution and standardization\
  • Supporting the design of effective workflows built for efficiencies to enhance user journeys in our content ecosystem\
  • Ensuring process compliance with Nestlé standards, managing standard routines, executing tests, reporting, and tracking issues until resolution\
  • Providing ongoing guidance to automation partners and ensuring process changes are captured and implemented\
  • Capturing, digesting, and managing large volumes of data and transforming it into KPIs\
  • Consolidating and reviewing performance results using available data, dashboards, and reports for IMS Content Services\
  • Managing escalation flow related to Content Tech, supporting operational teams for proper resolution based on real root-cause analysis and issue solving\
  • Supporting operational teams in updating best practices for production efficiency, accuracy, and quality control\
  • Leveraging and capturing Continuous Improvement potential through management routines and practices\
  • Leading and facilitating working sessions and executive meetings with internal and external teams\
  • Driving stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills to drive insights generation\
  • Applying knowledge of best practices for marketing operations, marketing automation, and content tech\
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methods and ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods\
  • Understanding Content & Digital advertising, marketing, and media landscape\
  • Proficiency in leading and facilitating workshops and executive meetings\
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)\
  • PowerBI experience is a plus\
  • Familiarity with Nestlé's Shared Services Business and its operating model\
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment\
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders\
  • Proven track record of successful workflow optimization and process improvement\
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment\
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines\
  • Continuous learning attitude and willingness to grow professionally\
  • Physical and mental stamina to work in a high-pressure environment
