About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to join our team.

As a Senior CMS Specialist at Phiture, you will be responsible for managing our enterprise-level CMS platform, ensuring seamless content workflows, and optimizing site performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and passion for digital content management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CMS Administration & Configuration: Manage system settings, permissions, and workflows to support content teams efficiently.
  • Content Workflow Management: Define and maintain structured approval workflows to ensure content governance and consistency.
  • User Support & Training: Provide guidance to content creators, troubleshoot CMS-related issues, and develop training materials.
  • Performance & SEO Optimization: Ensure CMS performance is optimized for speed, indexing, and structured content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level CMS platforms.
  • Experience with FirstSpirit and knowledge in other CMS platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS administration, content workflows, and permission management.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
