About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Classification Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Content Classification Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content moderation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classify the typology of content (videos, images, text, and audio) in accordance with our processes and policies
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
- Ensure user and brand safety
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Hebrew and good level of English
- Customer service-oriented, with good communication skills
- Pro-active and team-player
What We Offer:
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts; 24/7
- Salary: 1700€ gross/month
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick-up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
- Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon arrival
