The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Siemens Healthcare. As a critical member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform analysis of accounting reports, financial statements, and general ledger.
  2. Conduct independent critical Balance Sheet reviews.
  3. Analyze provisions and accruals.
  4. Provide guidance and advice on complex IFRS accounting questions.
  5. Define, implement, and perform quality checks.
  6. Provide training on accounting matters.
  7. Execute controls and support internal and external audits.
  8. Support Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.
  9. Support accounting-related projects, including implementation of ERP systems.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing roles.
  2. Prior experience in a multinational company is highly desirable.
  3. Expertise in IFRS and subledger accounting (Accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets).
  4. University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  5. Bonus points if you have knowledge in SAP system.
  6. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
  7. Mandatory English skills, both written and spoken; any other languages are an advantage.
