  • Proven expertise in multi-platform testing environments
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of defect reporting, root cause analysis, and process improvement tools
  • Experience with Jira and ISTQB certification
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
