About the Job Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will evaluate and manage customer claims in a timely and efficient manner;
- They will liaise with insurance companies, clients, and service providers via phone and email;
- They will coordinate the direct billing process with international providers;
- They will handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide;
- They will process e-claims and Invoicing;
About the Requirements:
- F luency in English and French (mandatory);
- Previous experience in insurance, particularly in the medical sector, within an international environment is preferred;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Service-oriented mindset;
- Excellent attention to detail;
