About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and identification approval processes via our ticketing system and live chat.
  • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests, and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Customer service experience is not required, but previous experience in the financial industry is beneficial.
  • College degree or above.
  • Trilingual speaker with native Spanish, advanced English, and one additional language preferred.
  • High level of honesty and integrity; proactive and meticulous; sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed expectations.
