Join Our Team at Arrow Global Portugal
Norfin, a leading Real Estate Investment Manager, has been acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Asset Management Valuation Analyst to join our team in Lisbon.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the valuation of the Funds' properties in accordance with CMVM regulations.
- Carry out budget requests for the evaluation process.
- Prepare the valuation process in collaboration with the asset management team.
- Manage and monitor the evaluation process in partnership with the evaluation entities.
- Validate the evaluation reports in accordance with the regulations in place.
- Monitor the process phases according to the assessment in flow.
- Support the definition of the annual assessment calendar.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the evaluation area.
Role Requirements:
- An education degree in Economics, Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- A Master's degree in Management and Property Valuation.
- A strong analytical mind and result-driven culture.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
