Norfin, a leading Real Estate Investment Manager, is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Valuation Analyst to join its team in Lisbon.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the valuation of the Funds' properties, adhering to CMVM regulations;
- Prepare and submit budget requests for the evaluation process;
- Collaborate with the asset management team to prepare the valuation process;
- Monitor and manage the evaluation process, working with evaluation entities;
- Validate evaluation reports in accordance with regulations;
- Track process phases based on ongoing assessments;
- Support the definition of the annual assessment calendar;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the evaluation area.
Requirements:
- Education degree in Economics, Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering;
- Master's degree in Management and Property Valuation;
- A autonomous, initiative-driven, and result-oriented culture;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions;
- Excellent written and oral skills in English.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position in Lisbon.
