What You Will Do:- Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing a leading online marketplace
- Handle continuous communication via ticketing and chat with customers regarding incidents, issues, and questions
- Resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by our client
- Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issue type and severity and according to documented escalation procedures
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
