Grabjobs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a German Content Moderator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Answering customers' queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting complex problems and finding solutions
  • Documenting each action taken and categorizing cases for the engineering team
  • Providing general and technical support to customers
  • Escalating complex problems according to defined procedures

**Requirements:**

  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience required
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Native German level written and spoken communication skills
  • Minimum B2 Level English spoken and written
  • European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit
  • Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Be organized and able to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Ability to handle customers' emotions and empathize with the client's case
