About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our coaching and client services business. As a seasoned professional in direct response marketing and high-ticket sales, you will be responsible for leading and growing a dynamic team that is already driving multiple 6-figures per month from inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of coaches and client service professionals.
  • Transform our high-ticket sales motion and open up new sales channels.
  • Oversight and elevation of the delivery of our high-ticket coaching program, Creator MBA.
  • Manage coaches and ensure an unparalleled customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in direct response marketing and high-ticket sales with a track record of generating consistent 6-figure months.
  • Leadership flair with at least 1 year of experience inspiring teams to exceed their goals.
  • Marketing maven with experience managing agency accounts for funnels, sales teams, and/or paid media.
  • Go-getter spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset, relentless drive for success, and dedication to hard work.
  • Influencer insights with deep engagement with and application of the principles championed by marketing experts such as Alex Hormozi, Russel Brunson, and Andy Elliott.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
