As a customer service agent, your main duties will include interacting with customers via various communication channels, resolving their issues, and providing a positive experience.

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch, with a good understanding of English

Our Benefits and Perks

  • A fixed-term contract (6 months - 1 year) that can be renewed

  • Full-time working hours (40h/week), Monday to Saturday, rotating shift between 06:00-22:00 (8h/day)

  • Two options for salary conditions:

    • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month

    • Excluding accommodation: €1298 gross/month
