About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Multicultural Call Center Agent to join our team at Vertente Humana. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across multiple countries.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule equipment collection;
  • Provide accurate information and respond to customer queries;

This is a standard Monday-to-Friday position from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with weekends off. Our office is easily accessible by public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with our team to ensure seamless customer interactions. Key responsibilities include answering and receiving calls, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexible scheduling requirements;
  • Highly organized with attention to detail;
